Flourish and Decay

a project i did for school, we were given cardboard tubes and pieces, newspaper, a wooden board and paint and from that we had to represent flourish and decay in cities. Anywho the middle bit is green on the underside and represents that you cant have one without the other. I'll let you figure out the rest.
