STORY

Poseidon arrived with the other EBS horses at SLSF along with Peggy, owner and rider. He looked intently out of the truck as it drove down the lane, taking in the new smells and surrounds. The back lowered and he was almost prancing on the spot, eager to get out. Peggy tied poseidon up outside the truck and soon enough he was tacked up and ready to perform.

Peggy mounted up and rode him to the warm up arena, getting ready to start. She handed her music to the steward knowing their time was soon. Sure enough their number was called and Poseidon waited patiently outside their arena for the competitor before them to finish. Then the gate called for them to enter the arena.

All eyes on them Poseidon strutted around the arena showing off his glowing atlantian markings. Then the music started. He entered the arena, stopped in the centre while Peggy saluted then continued.

This was their turn in the spotlight and everyone knew it.
